In it’s 7th year, Fair Hill Inn continues to push the envelop of their self-styled “Farmstead Cuisine™.” Taking the “farm to table” concept quite literally – they’ve become the farm!
Fair Hill Inn creates a new menu every month based mostly upon what they grow on their rural Fair Hill property. In 7 years – Fair Hill Inn has never repeated a dish.
The "Farmstead" at Fair Hill includes the following:
· An on-site garden of over 1-acre
· A 120 vine vineyard for the production of verjus
· 5 different varietals of Hops
· An Apiary of 2 hives that produce over 50 pounds of honey per year
· 2 wildflower gardens
· A weekly, Sunday Garden Supper – 4-Courses for $30
· Over 40 types of wild edibles found throughout the property
From preparing 18 different types of Italian-style cured meats and salumi to making 12 different types of cheese – from daily charcuterie preparation to making crabapple butter, corn jelly and canning over 600 jars of preserves -“Farmstead Cuisine™” means taking the sustainable “farm to table” concept quite literally – it means becoming the farm.

EVERYTHING is made from scratch. Many people may say they make everything from scratch in their own kitchen - we really do!
From baking our own bread - butchering our own meat - creating our own pastry - making our own cheese and cured meats - our passion for food is a true labor of love.
Given the tremendous bounty our surrounding farmland has to offer - we take advantage of this every chance we get - to this end, Fair Hill Inn offers guests a new menu every month based on what is in season. Fresh, local, seasonal ingredients are the basis of our cuisine.
Given the breadth of our own, extensive, gardens and the farms around us we call what we do “Farmstead Cuisine™.” - In addition, Fair Hill Inn provides guests with the option of, either - a la carte dining - or a 5-course degustation menu. In this regard, a guest can, either, select only those items they wish to enjoy - or they can put their trust in the hands of Chefs Phil and Brian to create a special 5-course degustation menu for them paired with or without wine.
Fair Hill Inn offers guests 2 wine lists - Our "Daily Wine List" offers guests a choice of 30 wines by the glass - 25 half bottle selections and over 50 wines by the bottle all priced between $34 - $64. For guests looking to enjoy older vintages, Fair Hill Inn also has a "Reserve Wine Library" featuring over 300 rare and very special selections from all over the globe with pricing beginning at $250 per bottle

Fair Hill Inn would love to host your next special event any night of the week. All private events are customized to our guests budget and culinary desires. For "sit-down" dinners - we can comfortably accommodate up to 64 guests. For "Cocktail-Style" events, we can host between 75 - 85 guests. Private dining rooms are also available for parties that range in size 10 guests to 30 guests.
Fair Hill Inn is able to offer limited seating at our Bar Wed. - Sun. - Feel free to join us at the Bar for dinner or assorted appetizers - To ensure availability - please call ahead to make a reservation.
